– The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

– Custom or personalized dental devices are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method.
